Interstate Diesel Service, founded in 1947, specialized in remanufacturing Detroit Diesel® fuel injectors. In the 1950’s the company expanded into manufacturing a variety of fuel injection components, in collaboration with a number of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Diamond Rio®, GMC Truck & Coach®, International Harvester®, White Motors®, Allis-Chalmers® and others. During this time, Interstate Diesel gained the reputation as one of the world’s premier remanufacturers for fuel injection components.
